Job Description

To support our winter season, we are looking for a part-time (18H) fixed-term Sales Advisor from late November 2025 to early January 2026 at our Lausanne sales point.

Main missions:

Bring the Bompard experience to life

• Welcome each client with authenticity, elegance, and attention to detail
• Tell the story of our iconic pieces through an inspiring discourse
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products to make the customer experience unique
• Support a local and international clientele, and contribute to their loyalty
• Participate in organizing events or highlights dedicated to the year-end holidays and Bompard's 40th anniversary.

Be a driver of performance

• Promote the achievement of sales targets set as a team.
• Master cash handling and offer our exclusive services (careful preparation of gift wrapping, washing pouches, Fleur de Lys shampoos, etc.).

Guarantee the Bompard image

• Participate in setting up merchandising plans (store, windows, and Christmas decorations)
• Maintain a clean and harmonious sales area

Qualifications

• Dynamic, curious with a real sensitivity to fashion and fine materials
• Proactive and unifying, you enjoy working within a team
• Neat presentation, service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills
• Available on weekends and certain holidays, especially in December
