Your mission
- Support operational management of Risk & Quality activities, including stakeholder coordination and deadline tracking.
- Active participation in internal audits, from preparation to completion, as well as compliance activities related to maintaining audit accreditations.
- Management, updating, and maintenance of regulatory documentation (policies, procedures, registers) and contribution to the drafting of internal and external reports.
- Preparation of monthly and annual reports for authorities, as well as preparation of summary materials and presentations.
- Support for client acceptance/onboarding processes and management of ethics and independence issues.
- Conducting risk assessments (notably KYC/AML, international sanctions, cryptocurrencies) and participation in compliance monitoring activities.
- Contribution to cross-functional strategic projects at local and/or Group level.
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in economic law, business economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification.
- You have more than 3 years of experience in compliance or audit, with a strong interest in compliance and risk management fields.
- You have excellent command of English; German is an asset.
- You are comfortable in written and oral interactions with authorities, Group contacts, and colleagues throughout Switzerland.
- You are conscientious, rigorous, and methodical, with excellent organizational skills, very good priority management, and good stress resistance.
- You appreciate teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, demonstrate flexibility and versatility, while being autonomous, proactive, and possessing a strong sense of initiative.
- You adopt a pragmatic and solution-driven approach, proposing concrete solutions aligned with business challenges.
- You are innovative and show a strong interest in digitalization, with the ability to leverage technology to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
