• In active telephone contact, you take on a central role and inspire potential customers with professional, convincing, and empathetic communication
• Your goal is to generate high-quality consultation appointments and binding initial conversations for our advisors – with a clear sales mentality and high quality standards
• You conduct structured follow-up of all leads and respond quickly and solution-oriented to telephone and written inquiries
• You document all interactions precisely in the CRM, ensuring that our advisory organization is always optimally informed and prepared
• Through efficient lead coordination and targeted prioritization of opportunities, you actively contribute to increasing our closing rates

• A pronounced sales mindset and proactive approach to new contacts characterize your working style – with enthusiasm for calling, clear goal orientation, and the ability to generate high-quality consultation appointments for our wealth managers
• You already have experience in outbound sales or lead qualification; ideally, you can look back on proven successes in closing and conversion rates
• Your communicative strength, friendly manner, and natural sales talent make you a real asset to our team
• You master the interplay of good communication, objection handling, and targeted persuasion
• Solid MS Office skills as well as technical affinity are also part of it. You communicate fluently in German and French; Italian or English are a plus
