Intern for the Information and Documentation Division
Office for Vocational Training | 60–100 % | Chur
The Office for Vocational Training (UCFP) is a service office of the Department of Education, Culture and Environmental Protection (DECA) and implements the tasks of the Confederation and canton’s education policy concerning basic vocational training. Furthermore, the office is the competent authority for questions about career, school, and studies as well as the body that supports throughout the entire professional career.
The Career, Study and Counseling Division (CPSC) advises and informs young people and adults personally, independently, and free of charge on questions concerning career, studies, and profession. The CPSC supports career and study choices or career planning and assists in planning the professional future.
For April 1st or by agreement, we are looking for an intern for 6 to 12 months for a preliminary or complementary internship to the Bachelor or Master of Advanced Studies in Information Science.
- Manage databases in the area of educational and further training offers
- Process and review physical and digital documentation related to career and study choices as well as career planning
- Support the administration of the website
- Support the Information and Documentation team with other tasks arising from daily responsibilities
- Assist the division with administrative tasks
- Completed basic vocational training, commercial school, specialized middle school or gymnasium diploma
- Very good IT knowledge (Office programs, ideally complete with experience in content management systems)
- Independent, structured, precise, and efficient working style
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Italian and Romansh is welcome
