About the job
The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

HOW?
Initial training
- You accompany young people and young adults with support needs on their way into vocational basic education throughout the entire training period.
- You support the young people in career choice, trial apprenticeships, application processes, as well as entry into internal and external training companies.
- You maintain close communication with trainers, schools, parents, and referring agencies.
- You continuously support the training through learning assistance, competence development, and promotion of social integration.
- You strengthen independence, motivation, and stability in the daily lives of young people and young adults.
Cross-departmental tasks:
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team from social pedagogy, occupational therapy, psychology, and medicine and actively contribute to holistic support.
- You bring in your ideas and participate in the further development of our offers in the area of work integration and initial training.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have proven experience in job coaching in the area of initial training.
- Because you necessarily have a qualification in social pedagogy (FH or HF).
- Because you have preferably completed further training as a coach (BSO, EASC or equivalent CAS/MAS).
- Because you already have experience in case management and collaboration with the SVA.
- Because you know the labor market and its challenges.
- Because you have good negotiation skills, enjoy acquisition, and are well networked.
- Because you convince with quick comprehension, resilience, flexibility as well as humor and empathy.
- Because you have very good communication skills and enjoy administrative tasks.
- Because you hold a valid category B driving license.
