Your tasks
- You support and advise parents and their children in their environment on educational issues and challenging situations, taking into account their living and developmental spaces.
- You strengthen families and their existing resources by working in a goal- and process-oriented manner with a systemic focus.
- You work interdisciplinarily with the involved professionals as well as in the SOFA team and actively shape the further development of the offer.
- You participate in team meetings, supervisions, as well as systemic and psychiatric professional and case consultations.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in family support or in working with children and adolescents in the residential sector.
- You have already further trained in family work, parent coaching, or systemic counseling or are willing to complete corresponding further training.
- You meet people appreciatively and congruently, actively shape relationships, and act calmly, reflectively, and decisively in conflict situations.
- You are a trustworthy person and enjoy working independently.
- You face challenging situations competently, solution-oriented, and with a touch of humor.
- Besides generally fixed working days, you also appreciate individually planned assignments in the evening.
- Your category B driving license facilitates your work.
