Your Tasks
- Support and maintenance of the ERP system and other business applications such as CRM, Engomo, as well as document management system
- Testing new processes and functions of the individual applications
- Receiving and directly supporting user requests
- Organizing and training users regarding changes and innovations
- Maintaining permissions including opening individual users
- Assisting in the expansion of interfaces between applications via Lobster Data
- Representing the master data manager
- Support in IT projects
Your Profile
- Completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
- Experience in application, incident, and request management
- Experience with business processes in a manufacturing company
- Willingness to document concepts, processes, and current situations
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as initiative, responsibility, and team spirit
- High customer and service orientation
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, French is a plus, English is an advantage
