• Support and maintenance of the ERP system and other business applications such as CRM, Engomo, as well as document management system
• Testing new processes and functions of the individual applications
• Receiving and directly supporting user requests
• Organizing and training users regarding changes and innovations
• Maintaining permissions including opening individual users
• Assisting in the expansion of interfaces between applications via Lobster Data
• Representing the master data manager
• Support in IT projects

• Completed training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
• Experience in application, incident, and request management
• Experience with business processes in a manufacturing company
• Willingness to document concepts, processes, and current situations
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as initiative, responsibility, and team spirit
• High customer and service orientation
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, French is a plus, English is an advantage
