Job Profile Summary

Contributes to ensuring a safe work environment compliant with company directives, guaranteeing the achievement of Production/Logistics targets during the shift. Supports Production Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities, providing technical assistance to operators in testing areas. 

The work model for this role is onsite: #LI-Onsite

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervises and ensures compliance with safety directives and ABB code of conduct during own shift
• Supports the Production Supervisor to ensure proper execution of production activities
• Technical support for testing operators during daily operations
• Point of contact for on-the-job training of testing personnel
• First level contact for operational issues to be reported to the relevant production supervisor
• Active participation in Level 1 Q Circles: proactively collects technical and quality issues and shares/reports them to the relevant supervisor

License to Operate / Core Values

• Ensures that all personnel (within their area of responsibility) understand ABB's core values and the group's safety and integrity standards and act accordingly
• Implements and ensures compliance with ABB's code of conduct, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area

Collaboration / Leadership

• Promotes and enables collaboration within their areas of responsibility
• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their area of responsibility and ensures alignment

Professional Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in coordination roles 
• Experience in electrical/electronic fields
• Previous experience in team coordination roles will be considered a plus

Education

• Vocational school diploma or equivalent
