To complement our committee, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as
Board Member of the Foundation (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Strategic co-responsibility for the further development of the MBF Foundation
- Contributing the agogical and/or curative educational professional perspective in orientation and offer development
- Supervision and support of the management as well as participation in key decisions (strategy, finance, quality/impact)
- Effort: approx. 6 meetings per year including preparation
Your profile
- Sound expertise in one of the areas: social pedagogy, curative education or special education as well as ideally practical experience
- Strategic competence in the further development of service organizations in the social sector
- Understanding of public corporate governance and non-profit organizations
- Experience in supervisory boards
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- Networking in the region
- Willingness and enthusiasm to actively shape an organization with a public mandate
