What you can achieve
- You take over the technical and personnel management of the Electrical & Automation team with seven employees and one apprentice and promote their further development.
- The planning, coordination, and monitoring of regular as well as preventive maintenance and repair work on electrical systems and machines are your responsibility.
- In close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and suppliers, you ensure efficient execution of maintenance and repair work.
- You ensure clean, structured, and comprehensible documentation in the SAP-PM maintenance system as well as with Office 365.
- You are responsible for the safe, legally compliant operation of electrical systems and act as the central contact person for the high-voltage authority.
- In addition, you actively participate in projects, advise departments, and drive the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
What you bring with you
- You have completed basic training in the electrical field as well as further training at the federal FA, HF level or an equivalent qualification in electrical and automation.
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical engineering environment, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company, form a solid basis for this role.
- Additionally, you bring several years of leadership experience and have a good business understanding.
- You are familiar with relevant standards, guidelines, and legal requirements in the electrical field and apply them confidently.
- Networked thinking, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, and a high willingness to implement characterize your working style.
- A communicative, solution-oriented, and hands-on personality with team spirit, social skills, independence, and stress resistance rounds off your profile.
