To strengthen our service team in the Neuchâtel region and surroundings, we are looking for

OIL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Your tasks – varied and responsible:

• Meet our customers' expectations both technically and by maintaining a quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
• After a training and introduction period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of installations in the geographic area
• Your professionalism and rigor will allow you to carry out your activities in full compliance with contractual commitments and rules relating to the safety of property and people
• As an ambassador of our company's image, you advise your customers, including on renovation matters
• You also support your colleagues in external sales in the context of installation sales
• You also periodically ensure on-call service

Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:

• Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent customer relations, you have professional training (with a Federal VET Diploma) preferably in electricity or another technical trade; combustion controller training (ARPEA) or a federal certificate is an advantage
• Your team spirit, commitment, and taste for challenge are assets that will enable you to succeed in your role and evolve within our company
