The Weinfelden Senior Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the nursing area and 20 senior apartments, which can be provided with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.
For activation, we are looking for someone starting April 1, 2026
Main tasks
- Independent planning, implementation, and follow-up of activation offers for groups or individuals
- Supervision of trainees FaGe / AGS
- Good interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
- Training as an activation specialist AGERE / LeA
- Ideally experience in long-term care
- Creativity, organizational flair
- High flexibility, resilience, and initiative
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of PC applications and easyDOK
- High personal responsibility and quality awareness
- Willingness to take on responsibility
