For our household department, we are looking for you as of March 1, 2026, or by arrangement as

Co-Team Leader Household Agogics (80-90%)

We are a diverse team of seven agogic specialists and accompany 17 employees at a supported workplace as well as 27 people in the day structure in their daily work routine. Overall, we complete almost one third of the weekly core tasks in the cleaning and laundry departments, and this across the entire Wagerenhof site. In good cooperation with the specialist teams, we are very flexible and support each other.

For this, we entrust you with the responsibility

• Joint leadership and coordination of the agogic household team
• Ensuring smooth operation in the areas of cleaning and laundry in close cooperation with the specialist teams
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of agogic offers and day structures
• Leadership tasks across the entire spectrum of work agogics (specialist team, protected workplaces, and supported work with residents)
• Personnel deployment planning, promotion, and development of employees with and without disabilities
• Administrative tasks with knowledge of common Office programs and operational processes
• Quality control and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and administrative tasks
• Practical work in the mixed agogic deployment groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas and external partners

You fit with us and this position if you also put our residents and our supported employees at the center of your actions and bring the following

• Basic or advanced professional training in household management, laundry, or similar
• Additional training in work agogics or basic knowledge
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Knowledge of agogic methods and approaches (e.g., social pedagogy, care, integration) and experience in process work
• Constructively open communication style and ability for self-reflection
• Strong social skills and joy in working in the household service sector
• Good physical and mental constitution, high conflict resilience, and inner stability
• Organizational talent and independent, structured working style
• Team player and joy in supportive teamwork as well as interdisciplinary understanding
• Flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and empathy
• Willingness for continuous further education
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
