About the job
Our client is a recognized player in the multimedia sector, operating in a dynamic environment where the performance of IT infrastructures is critical for the production, distribution, and management of digital content.
As part of strengthening its IT team, it is looking for an IT Support Technician capable of intervening at all support levels (N1 to N2) and actively contributing to the evolution of the infrastructure.
Handling incidents and requests via EasyVista
Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents
On-site and remote assistance
Management of escalations to level N3 if necessary
Compliance with ITIL processes
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows workstations
Support on the Windows environment (OS)
User account management via Active Directory
Routine support and administration of Office 365
Deployment and management of workstations via SCCM
Simple scripting in PowerShell (or basic Python/Shell knowledge)
Participation in the improvement and automation of recurring tasks
Basic support on environments:
LAN / VLAN / WLAN
Switching & Routing (first-level diagnosis)
Support on virtualized environments VMware / Citrix (user side)
Assistance on business applications
Support on Microsoft SQL Server databases (simple consultation, connectivity diagnosis)
Training in IT
Minimum 3 years of experience in office support
Proven experience in Microsoft environment
Experience in user support in a dynamic environment
Support N1 / N2
Windows 10/11
Active Directory (user, group, rights management)
Office 365 Administration (support level)
SCCM
ITSM tool (EasyVista or equivalent)
Network basics (LAN, VLAN, WLAN)
ITIL basics
PowerShell knowledge
