Your role:
- Leading a team of six financing experts across our branch network
- Advising demanding private clients on complex financing matters
- Developing individual financing solutions and supporting their implementation
- Further developing our financing expertise
- Active maintenance and cross-departmental collaboration with all relevant sales and market follow-up units
Your education and experience:
- Completed studies (HF / FH) or comparable qualifications (further training in financing or real estate, e.g. CAS)
- Strong leadership skills and communication strength
- Several years of experience in financing consulting
- Strategic thinking and experience in planning and implementing business strategies
- High customer orientation and negotiation skills
Your working style:
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team for cross-departmental collaboration
