We are looking to recruit a Senior Financial Planner, Swiss Market for the "Wealth Planning Switzerland" department, in Geneva.
As a member of the Wealth Planning Switzerland team, you will be responsible for financial planning in both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, as well as contributing to its development, for a demanding clientele. You will assist managers with the needs of clients and prospects in the financial planning approach. Thanks to your expertise, you will provide a clear vision of wealth evolution based on a given scenario, as well as advice related to pension and real estate. You will also adopt a strategic approach to business development.
Your role
In direct collaboration with private managers and wealth planners, you will act as a reference expert for:
- being in contact with clients and prospects, understanding their needs and proposing personalized solutions using financial planning;
- advising clients and prospects on financial planning, pension, real estate, and taxation;
- modeling long-term income and wealth projections using financial planning tools, and analyzing comparative scenarios;
- supporting managers in acquiring new clients and ensuring support for existing clients, in collaboration with the managers;
- promoting financial planning internally and at events for clients and prospects;
- maintaining and developing contacts with providers in the mortgage field.
Your profile
- University education with a federal diploma as a financial planner or another equivalent diploma.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, ideally in the banking sector.
- Strong client contact skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Skills in client acquisition and development.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss taxation, pension, and real estate.
- Very good analytical skills and ability to handle concepts, combined with the capacity to manage mandates independently, with a structured, rigorous approach, and a real interest in digital to develop modern solutions.
- Excellent social skills and ability to work within a team of specialists.
- Fluent spoken and written French, German, and English.
- Residence in Switzerland.
