For the management and support of the Upper Valais section with the workplace in Brig, we are looking for a 

Deputy Regional Secretary (100%) 

Your tasks

• Management of the Upper Valais section
• Participation in the regional management
• Participative team leadership
• Planning and implementation of trade union campaigns
• Building and supporting trusted representatives and groups
• Active member recruitment and support in the field
• Political representation of the section externally
• Cooperation and collaboration on regional projects and tasks

• Leadership experience 
• Quality- and process-oriented work
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Initiative and assertiveness
• High commitment, resilience, and flexibility
• Ability to motivate a team and lead to special achievements
• Networked thinking
• Convincing appearance
• Commitment to trade union, political, and social issues
• Good network in the region
• German spoken and written, good French skills
