Construction Manager 80 – 100 %
who, in addition to enjoying teamwork, communication, and people, enthusiastically
- takes responsibility, helps shape, and brings projects to life
- feels comfortable both in new construction as well as in remodeling and renovations
- supports the project team in development
- performs ongoing quality, schedule, and cost control
- estimates costs, negotiates offers up to the award application
This makes you the ideal candidate and team member
- Completed vocational training as a draftsman/woman EFZ specializing in architecture and further training as a certified construction manager or certified technician HF construction planning architecture
- Initiative and independent working style, resilience in turbulent situations
- Good communication skills, confident and competent appearance
- Work experience in Switzerland, driving license category B, knowledge of the Messerli program is an advantage
