By arrangement, we are looking for a new specialist for our 5-person HR team as
Payroll and Human Resources Administration Clerk
(70-80% workload)
These are your tasks:
- Handling all administrative personnel processes from entry to exit and retirement (e.g., preparing employment contracts, exit documentation, contract changes, etc.)
- Responsible for the entire payroll process for two locations
- Deregistration and monitoring of the approval of foreign employees
- Insurance and payroll processing of illness and accident including verification of benefit statements
- Calculation of withholding taxes and assistance with the annual financial statements
This is what you bring:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance is mandatory
- Completed basic training in the commercial field or a comparable education. Further training as a personnel or social insurance clerk is an advantage
- Precise and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
