For our team in one of our core markets Liechtenstein, you will take on the following tasks as Assistant Private Banking (m/f/d):
Actively supporting the relationship managers in advising and caring for demanding Liechtenstein private and institutional clients
Independently handling daily business including independently preparing and following up on client and acquisition appointments as well as obtaining information
Preparing account openings, liquidity management, and monitoring client portfolios regarding maturities and outstanding items
Independently receiving and processing orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions
Independently and proactively relieving the relationship managers in all administrative matters (organizing meetings, agenda management, etc.)
Taking over organizational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks)
For this responsible position, we are looking for a trustworthy and integral personality with the following profile:
Completed banking training or commercial basic training with several years of practical experience in private customer business
Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
Experience in dealing with cross-border customer relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.)
Market-specific knowledge in securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives
Committed and thoughtful personality with high initiative
Strong customer orientation and service readiness with a high standard of quality and reliability
Empathetic personality with polished manners and very good communication skills
Good time and self-management as well as reliable work organization
Confident German skills and good English skills
