As a central IT service provider with our own data centers, we are active in a wide range of tasks. In addition, our Competence Center for Digital Administration supports the implementation of the digitization strategy of the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau. In this varied, exciting, and demanding work environment, we provide high-quality services for our customers, which include the Cantonal Administration as well as municipalities.

In our IT Applications department, we are looking for you - a responsible and motivated personality who sees themselves as

• You take on the professional and organizational leadership of your department with application managers
• You support your team with complex questions/operational problems
• You actively drive the modernization and standardization of our application portfolio
• You promote and challenge your employees and develop them purposefully
• You work closely with stakeholders from IT operations, administration, and suppliers
• You actively shape the digital future of the cantonal administration and advise our customers regarding their application portfolio

• Completed training as an IT specialist or higher IT education
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in the role as doer, coach, and motivator
• Strong communication skills in very good German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to actively support operational organization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting and high initiative
