With us, you are guaranteed not to be bored, because you:
* Are the first point of contact at reception for all office management topics as well as for property management, external service companies, external partners, and guests, and are responsible for their greeting and hospitality
* Ensure the smooth running of all operational and administrative tasks, answer calls, and are responsible for receiving, distributing, and sending mail
* Are the internal contact person for our Corporate Office, organize team events such as get-togethers, after works, and anniversaries at Leo
* Take care of ordering including invoice and delivery note control, their digital archiving, as well as monthly inventories
* Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance throughout the workspace, organize public areas, take on everyday smaller cleaning tasks, and regularly stock our coffee kitchen and vending machine
* Take over onboarding of new tenants, manage and organize parking tickets and key cards
* Are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of conferences and meetings as well as their support (especially for Ruby internal events)
* Work closely with the sales department and support it, for example, by maintaining files or preparing offer and contract documents

* Have already gained exciting experience in hospitality/restaurant or in office management/coworking - maybe even abroad
* Enthusiastically pitch in with a pronounced hands-on mentality

* Recognize needs and support our tenants and internal employees with advice and assistance
* Are a true organizational talent, master multitasking with ease, and handle conflicts professionally and solution-oriented
* Think sustainably and bring great ideas to find more environmentally friendly alternatives, conserve resources, and avoid waste
* Count independent and responsible work among your strengths and always find a solution with your communication skills, even in difficult situations
* Are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, and are familiar with common MS Office programs
