Assistant with organizational,
marketing & social media skills
You primarily support the four-member management team in all administrative and organizational matters, especially the Chairman of the Board and the CFO. You plan and organize customer and supplier contacts as well as internal and external events and are responsible for communication and marketing (analog and digital), including proactive management of websites and social media channels.
For this highly varied role, we are looking for an independent, proactive, and very team-oriented person with pronounced generalist skills. You have a solid commercial education with appropriate further training in marketing and social media. On the one hand, you are structured and organize goal-oriented; at the same time, you have creative qualities in marketing and social media for the optimal positioning of the Fischer companies. As a spontaneous and engaging person, you convince through your trustworthiness and discretion. Very good knowledge of German, good English skills, and excellent digital competencies (Office suite / websites / social media channel management) are required.
