Contract duration: 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Work rate: 100%
Workplace: Lausanne-Dorigny, Géopolis building

Your Activities
The position is under the responsibility of Professor Martino Maggetti. The holder is expected to develop work on public policies, public administration, governance, and/or regulation.
- 50% of the work rate will be dedicated to completing a doctoral thesis in political science.
- 50% of the work rate will be devoted to supporting teaching and research tasks, under the responsibility of Professor Martino Maggetti and the professors of the Laboratory for the Analysis of Governance and Public Action in Europe (LAGAPE).

Your Profile
We wish to hire a person with the following profile:
- Master's degree in political science, public policy and management (PMP), or an equivalent qualification.
- Interest in pursuing research activities and developing a thesis in the field of public policies, public administration, governance, and/or regulation, in connection with Professor Maggetti's research interests.
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second national language is an asset.
- Participation in LAGAPE activities.
- Presenting work at international conferences.
- Participation in a relevant doctoral program may be a requirement of the position.
- Organizational skills, ability to work autonomously and independently, and within a research team.
