• Support in the entire administrative HR daily routine (correspondence, changes, entries and exits)
• Assistance with payroll accounting and time reporting (in SwissSalary and Sorba)
• Creating work certificates with Swiss+
• Registration of sickness cases and accidents
• Monthly control of hours/vacation and overtime
• Assistance in digitizing personnel files
• Processing EO notifications as well as family allowances
• Processing WorkControl (digital reporting procedure)

• Commercial basic training and first experience in HR or further training as an HR assistant
• Very good MS Office skills and high IT affinity
• High independence, precise working method and a high degree of discretion
• Team-oriented, flexible and positive personality
• Confident German, any additional language (IT, ES, PT) is a plus
