- Produce and edit image, event, and training videos for YES.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct video shoots across Switzerland.
- Collaborate on E-learning content and enhance communication efforts.
Skills
- Completed high school diploma; video-related studies preferred.
- Strong initiative and teamwork; flexibility a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.

Your tasks
Production and editing of image, event, and training videos
Lighting, audio recordings, saving and managing, 2D animations,
Optimization of sound and image (normalizing, EQ, compression,
color correction, grading, cropping, stabilizing)
Conceptualization of videos and creation of scripts
Planning, coordination, and execution of video recordings, e.g. interviews, with employees and external parties throughout Switzerland
Support in the production and editing of reels
Support in the creation of e-learnings
Support in generating image material
Active collaboration with the team to further develop our communication measures at YES
Your profile
Completed high school diploma
High degree of initiative,
Advantage, preferably started studies with a focus on video or similar field
Good application skills in Adobe Premiere
Good language skills in German, French, and English, Italian
Pro and After Effects
- skills are an advantage
Training, experience and/or
Quick comprehension as well as high affinity for video production
Independent and reliable working style
