The Gruoberhus in Klosters Dorf (Canton Graubünden) is an ideal storage house for ski and class camps or club and hiking camps. The house has 30 beds with duvets spread over five 4-bed rooms and five 2-bed rooms. It can be rented by groups inside and outside Dietikon.

Your tasks
- Building maintenance and minor repairs
- General cleaning work in the building
- Maintenance work around the premises (waste, snow removal, etc.)
- Notifying external craftsmen for repairs
- Various control and monitoring tasks, especially of the kitchen
- Handover and receipt of keys during changes
- Handover and takeover of the holiday home, also on weekends
- Budget control and compliance
- On occupancy of the holiday home, an on-call service is desired in all cases
- Collaboration with the school properties Dietikon
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft-related field preferred
- Experience as cleaning staff with special tasks or as a caretaker
- Sense of duty and responsibility as well as good manners
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills
- Own vehicle and driving license category B
