You work 100% in Zug or partially remote
This position offers you
- As a field support clerk, you create and record offers for private and business customers and support the field service with administrative tasks such as offers, flyers, or contract management in the CRM
- You ensure that customer inquiries and offers are always tracked and all concerns are answered quickly and reliably
- You are the contact person for the mediation of customers to third parties and ensure that customers receive the necessary support
- Your tasks include comprehensive coordination of scheduling at the Zug location as well as continuous and close exchange with the responsible service center to efficiently plan, check installation appointments, and ensure smooth processes
- By continuously maintaining and updating project data, you ensure that processes run smoothly and deadlines are met
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education/training
- With your experience in clerical work, ideally in sales or customer service, you are used to dealing with customer concerns in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You have extensive experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and MS Office and are confident in the daily use of these tools
- You are characterized by strong communication skills and team orientation and always work independently and in a structured way
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; additionally, knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
