File Manager for the Cardiology Department
The Heart-Vessels Department is looking for a file manager for the Cardiology Department with a 40% activity rate.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Cardiology Department of the Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is recognized as a center of excellence and innovation in the cardiovascular field.
Led by Professor Olivier Muller, the department welcomes adults suffering from various cardiac pathologies, offering a wide range of diagnostics and treatments for cases ranging from the simplest to the most complex. Specializations include interventional cardiology, management of severe heart failure, heart transplants, as well as various forms of cardiac imaging (CHUV).
Mission
- You perform the administrative management of patients in the cardiology department, in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Patient Administrative Management service (GAP)
- You manage and schedule appointment requests for the cardiology department and coordinate examinations/interventions
- You manage the operating room schedule
- You archive patient files according to institutional procedures.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC, a medical assistant CFC, a medical secretary diploma, or an equivalent qualification
- You have 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital environment
- You are rigorous in your work, with flawless administrative follow-up
- You are autonomous and very responsive
- You have a very good command of common computer tools (Microsoft Office).
