Tasks
- Care and support of people with dementia in the geriatric psychiatric setting within the corresponding competence level of the skill & grade mix
- Design and management of the nursing process in the key worker role with the patient, relatives, as well as internal and external professionals
- Implementation of milieu- and nursing therapeutic work
- Collaboration with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
- Action in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Co-design and implementation of change processes
Profile
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or in the geriatric field
- Solid experience and enjoyment in dealing with people with dementia
- High professional, social and personal competence and structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things and actively shape changes
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
