The Debt Collection Office Region Rorschach is responsible for the city of Rorschach as well as the municipalities of Rorschacherberg, Tübach, Mörschwil and Untereggen. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as of August 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

Clerk at the Debt Collection Office (80–100%)

In this versatile role, you will take on the following tasks, among others:

• Providing information from the debt collection register
• Issuing payment orders/bankruptcy warnings and their delivery
• Counter and telephone service
• Enforcement of seizures and preparation of seizure certificates and loss certificates
• Assisting with the enforcement of arrests, retentions, property management and realizations
• Field service activities in the team, especially deliveries and enforcement actions on site (a vehicle for field service is available)
• Independent case management

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the debt collection office is an advantage
• A flair for numbers as well as precise and structured working methods
• Empathetic demeanor, assertiveness and resilience
• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Possession of a category B driving license is an advantage
