We are looking for a
Junior Sous Chef Catering 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Your active assistance in coordinating the various events is required
- You actively work at all necessary stations to ensure smooth production of the dishes as well as correct labeling and product presentation
- You are jointly responsible for compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality regulations
- You actively contribute to the planning of creative, seasonal menus according to trends and Google Food
- Cross-departmental support when needed, because we are a team
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cook/chef
- 1-2 years of professional experience, and initial leadership experience in a similar role is an advantage
- You have fluent English skills in spoken and written form (company language English), German skills are an advantage
- You skillfully apply your solid IT knowledge, ideally have experience with G Suite as well as SAP / IUS
- Your excellent hospitality qualities, independent and responsible working complete your profile
- An organizational talent who keeps an overview and does not lose their head in hectic situations
- High service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact
