WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the Investment Properties team in executing real estate transactions
• Analyze individual properties as well as real estate portfolios
• Create financial models as well as market and location analyses
• Prepare sales documentation
• Maintain the transaction, market, and investor database
• Perform regular ad-hoc tasks, analyses, and reports

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Economics, Finance,
• Real Estate or Engineering
• You already have some professional experience, preferably in M&A or transaction areas
• You are interested in the real estate investment market
• You are structured, possess excellent analytical skills, and can think in a networked way
• You are an excellent team player, committed and responsible
• You have an eye for detail and can bring documents to an excellent level
• You have very good language skills in German and English (C2 level); additional
• languages are an advantage (especially French or Italian)
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

INTERNSHIP

• The internship lasts 6 months with a timely start by agreement (ideally in
• October/November 2025)
• Depending on performance and market environment, there is the possibility of a permanent position after completion
