In this role, you are responsible for the Yosemite by Transa and Icebreaker Zermatt shops. Together with a 10-member team, you lead the two shops and bear the professional and personnel responsibility. YOUR SPECIALTY AS A SHOP MANAGER
- Rethinking retail, ensuring a positive customer experience while not forgetting the essential needs of employees? That is what your leadership role is about.
- Connecting people, understanding contexts, and bringing together the right interfaces. It’s in your blood.
- Managing the numbers for personnel planning, sales, and branch costs. You have it under control.
- Onboarding new employees and supporting them both personally and professionally. Absolutely necessary.
- Actively supporting daily sales in Zermatt while keeping an overview of shift planning. That’s part of it too.
- Exchanging knowledge, shaping the assortment, and ensuring product know-how within the team. The best thing in the world.
- The outdoor world and our extensive outdoor assortment. They are your home.
THIS IS YOU
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in retail. It shows in your profile.
- Development of employees and targeted promotion. That’s needed.
- Experience in retail and with sales strategy aspects. You bring that along.
- Good oral and written German skills. You have at least C1 level in English. And if French is also part of your skills: great.
- Digitally savvy and proficient in common MS programs. Of course.
- Your environment describes you as open, communicative, and solution-oriented. Definitely.
- New organizational models and agile working methods. They inspire you.
- Outdoors on travel or outdoor adventures. Your hobby.
