The Private Banking Business Unit is responsible for the care and advice of our wealthy private clients with assets from CHF 1 million. We convince with a clear focus on excellent customer service and individual advice. Through down-to-earthness and closeness, we build trust. Our team uses a systematic sales management approach, designs innovative market development measures, and works closely with other business units as well as specialist departments such as Segment Management, Sales Management, Controlling, and Client Analytics.
Your tasks
- Conceptual development of a data-based sales management framework that systematically supports the activities of relationship managers in private banking
- Development of requirements for the systematization of sales control and management
- Joint definition of sales targets, planning and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the needs of private banking clients
- Provision of suitable tools, optimized processes, and targeted training to support private banking advisors in their daily work
- Monitoring and controlling sales performance as well as developing insights and recommendations for the Private Banking leadership team
- Active use of scope for design and contribution of own ideas
Your profile
- Completed studies at a (technical) college or university
- Extensive experience in sales management in private banking with a focus on investment and financing business
- Sales experience in private banking is an advantage
- Strong willingness to shape, assertiveness as well as the ability and passion to collaborate across departments – complemented by strong stakeholder management
- Communicative, action-oriented, and flexible personality with good assertiveness, strong self-motivation, and presentation skills
- Excellent conceptual skills combined with a strong solution orientation to master challenges in a structured and goal-oriented manner
