- Operational management and organization of your area to ensure excellent patient care
- Development of new impulses and innovative ideas for your team
- Optimization of patient flow from admission to discharge
- Leadership and development of a qualified team through targeted personnel deployment planning
- Implementation of evidence-based nursing concepts and best practice models
- Ensuring high quality standards and continuous improvement processes
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
- Identification of potentials for cost and resource optimization

Your Profile
- Completed training in healthcare with state recognition
- Ideally studies in nursing management / nursing science or further training as a specialist for leadership tasks in nursing (FLP)
- Decisiveness, reliability, and loyalty
- Team- and service-oriented demeanor
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience in dealing with mentally ill patients (m/f/d) desirable
