Tasks
- Individual counseling, coaching and support of clients with high independence
- Supporting clients with the goal of maximum autonomy and participation
- Work as a reference person
- Planning, implementing and evaluating development plans based on the agogic process
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Organizational and administrative tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy HF/FH
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours as well as occasional weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's license category B
