ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

To strengthen our installation team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible ICT specialist (m/f/d) for the Zurich Airport location (The Circle).
On-site assignments take place throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with a focus on the Zurich/Schaffhausen regions as well as Eastern Switzerland/Graubünden.

• Pre-installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Installation of new hardware and software on-site at Raiffeisen banks
• IT project management for mergers, relocations, and new constructions
• Training of bank employees on-site
• Detailed recordings, customer consulting, and offer initiation
• Testing and approval of new hardware in the Raiffeisen environment
• Creation of documents and instructions

• Completed training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in IT installation and maintenance
• Knowledge in project management and coordination
• Experience operating Windows Server, Active Directory, and networks
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
• Independent and structured working style
