Specialist Quality Assurance & Quality Management 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Quality assurance with incoming goods inspections on site, planning, coordination and execution of FAIs
- Support and interdisciplinary collaboration with the team and production site in Poland
- Complete processing of error reports (4D/8D method) with effectiveness verification
- Accompanying plant acceptance to ensure flawless handover to the customer
- Continuation of initiatives to reduce errors with existing and new approaches
- Support as Supplier Quality Manager with independent planning, execution and evaluation of supplier audits and deriving action plans
- You are a bridge builder in cross-group collaboration for ongoing optimizations of processes and the management system according to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
Your Profile
- Technical basic training with experience in an industrial environment
- Proven practical experience in quality assurance and quality management (including further training with certificates)
- Knowledge and several years of experience with integrated management systems
- Training and certification as an auditor of internal as well as supplier audits
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the successful application of quality tools and methods such as 8D, 5W, Ishikawa, etc.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and present them simply
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programs and ERP systems
- Experience in welding and possibly in Visual Testing (VT 1+2) desired
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (C1)
- Personality with a hands-on but also coaching mentality, reliable, open, honest
- Willingness to travel (in consultation with the team, but not over 30%, seasonal and project-related)
