Within our department « Project Excellent Services (PES)» of the Division Buildings we are looking immediately or by arrangement, motivated and committed working students. Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon .
The workplace can be Opfikon or Bern.
Do you want to gain first practical experience in digital construction?
As a working student, you support our team in the implementation of digital construction projects, manage our central platform for construction and document management (Common Data Environment), and contribute to the definition of technical data requirements (Information Delivery Specifications). The position is optionally limited from 4 to 12 months.
What you will do
- Support the PES staff unit and the operational construction site teams of the Division Buildings
- Further development of methods and tools specific company templates in our Common Data Environment
- Creation of guidelines and presentations
- Depending on skills: Evaluation of BIM models, automation of processes and data, etc.
What you bring
- Studies in digital construction, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study
- Good MS Office skills
- Quick comprehension, teamwork skills, and high social competence
- High commitment, initiative
- Methodical, structured, and independent way of working
- Interest in longer-term collaboration
- Possibly programming or scripting skills
- Possibly 3D modeling skills, e.g., with Revit, Archicad, or similar
- Very good German skills and good English skills, French is an advantage
