Your Contribution
- You design and optimize the AI governance framework through your active participation in the analysis, creation, and maintenance of standards and best practices for the responsible use of AI at AXA Switzerland.
- You are responsible for the company-wide AI inventory and further develop it, including documenting use cases, data sources, and risk assessments, acting as the central contact person.
- You support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks related to AI applications as well as the coordination and execution of controls to ensure compliance.
- You are the contact person for the business units on AI-related questions and the application of best practices to ensure correct and efficient use of AI governance.
- You analyze existing governance processes for efficiency potential and actively participate in the design and implementation of AI-supported solutions to automate and optimize these workflows.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have a completed degree (Bachelor, Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable education.
- You already have initial contact points with AI governance and ideally some basic knowledge or practical experience.
- You possess a conceptual understanding of AI/Machine Learning technologies and their lifecycle.
- Your analytical thinking skills and interest in optimizing and automating (governance) processes complete your abilities.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
