Job Description

As part of its development, our client – a recognized player in the field of civil engineering worldwide – wishes to structure and develop a BAMO (Project Owner Assistance) activity in French-speaking Switzerland and/or France.

We are looking for a Senior BAMO Manager capable of leading this activity with strong autonomy and an entrepreneurial vision.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to management, you play a key role in the development of this activity:

Develop and structure the BAMO offer in French-speaking Switzerland and/or France
Identify and secure new mandates through your network
Manage BAMO missions on complex projects (infrastructure, underground works, roads, civil engineering structures, etc.)
Ensure the interface with public and private project owners
Supervise the technical, financial, and organizational aspects of projects
Contribute to the development strategy and growth of the activity

Your profile

Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in the field of BAMO / AMO
Strong experience on infrastructure projects: underground works, roads, heavy civil engineering
Active network of decision-makers (public and private project owners, developers, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to develop a business / generate revenue
Profile from a design office, a general contractor or an engineering structure
Leadership, autonomy, and strong business orientation
Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss and/or French market
