You will
- relieve and support the client advisors
- prepare and follow up client meetings up to participation in client meetings
- provide telephone information (direct customer contact)
- perform administrative and organizational tasks
- receive, record and forward orders (stock exchange, payment transactions, etc.)
- create investment proposals
- carry out internal and external clarifications
- process credit transactions and credit applications
- assist in organizing customer events
You bring
- a completed banking apprenticeship and possibly already experience in a similar role
- a sense of responsibility
- enjoyment of service-oriented, telephone customer contact
- a customer-oriented, sociable and helpful personality
- flexibility and good communication skills
- an independent, efficient and reliable way of working
- good MS Office skills
