Integration, Job Coach
(Flexible support, approx. 30-40%)
These are your tasks
- Case management, coaching, and placement of people within the framework of professional integration
- Collaboration with referring agencies, internal businesses, and external companies
- Acquisition of suitable work and internship positions as well as support of employment relationships
- Management of client administration
- Writing reports
This is your profile
- Ideally, you have training and/or experience in the field of labor integration and/or HR
- You act empathetically – with the necessary professional distance
- You have very good PC skills and are proficient in administrative tasks, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of social security and labor law
- You work independently and have a strong service orientation
