• Implementation and monitoring of logistics processes
• Incoming inspection of delivered items according to specifications
• Ensuring the correct handover of items to recipients in the right quantity and at the right time
• Responsibility for material issuance, return, and control
• Ensuring the setup process and smooth flow of information
• Management of inventory in the ERP system and control of consistency with physical stocks
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
• Performing inventory bookings in the ERP system
• Support during inventory and independent project work
• Ensuring regular maintenance of machines and tools
• Responsibility for compliance with inspection cycles for machines and lifting equipment (e.g., PPE, chains, cables)
• Ensuring the operational readiness of devices and their handover to qualified personnel
• Organizing repairs in cooperation with procurement and recipients

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in logistics, especially in goods receipt, warehouse management, and material issuance
• Good knowledge in the use of ERP systems and inventory management
• Technical understanding of machines and tools as well as their maintenance and inspection
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork and strong communication skills
• Willingness for continuous training and optimization of logistics processes
