We are looking for a

Head of Residential Care Group 90-100%

starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

You bring with you

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or social pedagogy
• Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete leadership training
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Resilience, patience, as well as the will and ability to make a difference
• Flexible and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Good administrative and PC skills
• A sense of humor

What awaits you

• Leading a team of 14-16 employees
• Responsibility for the quality of service delivery and team development
• Responsibility for the entrusted people (10 residents)
• Accompanying and caring for residents with special needs and implementing individual service programs
• Mostly regular working hours

Who we are

For over 50 years, SSBL – Foundation for Self-Determined and Supported Living – has been accompanying and caring for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. Over 850 employees are committed daily with dedication and high professionalism to enable these people to live as independently as possible. The residential groups in the houses Rigi, Klewen, and Mythen in Emmen-Rathausen are home to ten residents each, who rely on support in nursing.
