The Alterszentrum Sumiswald AG has over 130 single rooms in a rural setting in the Emmental. A total of 230 employees and around 40 volunteers work respectfully and dedicatedly for the well-being of the residents.

The person at the center – we are looking for you!

• Collaboration in the professionally competent care and support of 22 residents
• Taking on a variety of tasks independently as well as delegated
• Participation in the further development of the care and support area

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA, Nursing Assistant or Nursing Aide SRK
• Empathetic and motivated personality with a flair for working with elderly people
• Willingness to support each other in the team and learn from one another

• Careful introduction in a professional environment
• Work in a committed, warm-hearted team
