ICT Specialist Real Estate Informatics
Do you want to help shape the new era "digitally on the move together"? The Real Estate Office with the Real Estate Informatics staff unit is involved in the transformation and provides important IT services for building management, space management, and the control of our real estate portfolio.
Your tasks
- Management of user permissions and IT support (1st/2nd level) in the office
- Management of SAP roles and permissions in the office
- Support of specialist applications, including changes
- Participation in exciting projects
- Active involvement in the digitalization of the office
Your profile
- At least a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or media technician EFZ with a strong IT affinity
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- User knowledge in SAP, especially RE/FX, is an advantage
- Initial experience in project management (HERMES) is an advantage
- High service and willingness to learn as well as openness to new things
- Interest in real estate management/facility management
