Sterilization Assistant (m/f/d) 60-100%
As a sterilization assistant, you are much more than just support – you take on a central and responsible role in the daily clinic routine. With your organizational talent and quality awareness, you ensure that our surgical processes run smoothly and the highest hygiene standards are maintained. In doing so, you make a decisive contribution to the optimal care of our animal patients.
Your tasks include, among others:
Proper preparation and post-processing as well as care and sterilization of instruments and materials for the operating area
Assembly of surgical sets and individual items
Management of inventory for sterile and non-sterile materials
Cleaning, operation, and monitoring of machines and devices in compliance with hygiene regulations
Training of trainees in the field of sterilization
Assistance with daily routine: setup and teardown of operating rooms and patient preparation

Training as a sterilization assistant or a medical background (advantageous)
Experience in sterilization
Very good social skills and ability to work in a team
