Regional Sales Manager Aerospace & Defense
Your tasks with us
- You build new customers in the aerospace & defense sector and professionally and technically support existing customers
- You assist in the development of new process bases, methods, and applications as well as in the continuous improvement of existing processes
- You create annual plans for market development, evaluate market and customer inquiries, and ensure the achievement of sales, margin, and cost targets
- You professionally present offers, conduct technical-commercial customer discussions, and prepare project documents for internal processing
- You organize and accompany customer visits, participate in trade fairs and conferences, and derive insights for market research and business development
- You strategically develop customer relationships and support our Regional Sales Managers in sales activities
The strengths you bring
- You have completed a technical basic education with further training (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification
- You have solid experience in chip-removal machining, preferably in turning/milling on multifunction machines, as well as very good knowledge in machine tool construction
- You can demonstrate proven success in market development and sales growth and ideally have an existing network in the aerospace & defense sector
- You act customer-oriented, are confident in negotiations and closing deals, and show openness to market- and application-oriented topics
- You have good knowledge in process and quality assurance as well as in metrology, are flexible, resilient, and set priorities clearly
- You speak very good German and English and have a high willingness to travel for customer visits
